Just a quick note on The Future of Comedy - loved the Ligma performance. It felt like Nathan For You where the scheme was to find engineers jobs by showing them getting fired from prominent places. Given the grim job market in 2023, it might be high time for hijinks.

I'm not gonna ask for a link to the "Ligma performance" because I worry about falling for one of deez jokes. But it feels like it's safe to ask if "The Future of Comedy" is a real thing, or if you're doing a bit :)

Its safe to say it’s improv 😉. Given that there’s a future of [coding, work, text, [recursion]], I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a Ministry of Parody. The Ligma bit was just a couple of guys w boxes outside Twitter HQ. Reporters assumed they were fired Twitter employees.

Ah, well in that case — braces for a savage owning — link?
It’s good stuff. A break from all the high def doom. (In a way I can’t explain, it reminds of the everlasting appeal of 8bit graphics.)
