What do people think about adding more custom profile fields in this Slack? It might be nice to have a place to link to social media profiles and portfolio work.

I didn't know that was an option! Yeah, I can add some. Website makes sense. Social, sure. Any others?

FWIW, we're also thinking about setting up profile pages in the wiki.

Website, maybe some freeform area that’s multiple lines, maybe social links 1, 2, 3 or something is okay for flexibility

For awareness of the wiki, it would be good to somehow automatically link to the profile page on the wiki from the slack about section

the long game is that when we move away from slack, whatever we do next should have nice integration with the wiki (and the wiki will be more robust by then. right now it's like a public alpha)
