I'm struggling to work across the separate 'linking together' and 'thinking together' channels, as thinking often follows from reading things and leading to more readings.. is there a recommended strategy for this?

There is a section in our Community Handbook that describes the rough purpose of each of the channels. Does reading the entries for those two channels help at all? If not, let me know and maybe I can find a clearer way to express the difference.

Post to #thinking-together if what you want to say naturally ends in a question mark. That's a rule of thumb.

Semi-relatedly I recently noticed the #reading-together channel, which seems a nice companion to #linking-together but has fewer people. Maybe new folks should be subscribed as default as well?
