dunno if that makes sense to people

the repo that I created might be a good place to continue. I just have 2 lists now, but it would be great to add lists of papers, people, etc. And is easy to collaborate in Github with pull requests, opening issues. What do you think @Nick Nikolov?

I like the idea of a repo to start. then we should be able to call a slack bot from in here that will add stuff to it automagically
