I would say that the community fits in all  planes but the individual members will fit in one or more specific planes

I think this is a good thing to state.,.. sometimes some of the cultures dismiss all the others. Thinking of the math ppl dimissing anything that doesn't have an strict type system for instance

Yeah, time ("future") is an orthogonal axis to this categorization.

Thanks for watching this :slightly_smiling_face: yeah, I think this community is a mix of cultures (one of my points is that interesting things often happen when cultures meet) - I'd say there's plenty of hackers, creatives and some mathematicians here (a person does not necessarily have to be just one - many people combine approaches too). There's probably not many people on this slack who'd fit the business culture (which is a bad name - because it describes more traditional managerial attitude)

It occurs to me that the list of cultures mentioned here does not include Bret Victor's "activist culture": <https://vimeo.com/36579366>. Perhaps because there are so few examples of it.
