Just FYI, this comes across as extremely LLM-written. (“The proposal is stated as a total evidenced transition judgment”, “A document is not a substrate law”, etc. etc. etc.) I don’t feel qualified to say there’s anything wrong with putting out LLM-generated writing, but I do feel qualified to say that a lot of people (myself included) are sick of reading it. Not only is it verbose, unclear, and pompous, but it leaves us unsure if we are being asked to read text that a human author put real effort into.
