What the heck is Slackbot talking about? Computers are so weird. So… let's also be weird!! On Wednesday October 29th, instead of our usual virtual meetup, we're going to do something special: a virtual costume party! Your "costume" can be whatever you want it to be. Got a real halloween costume you want to wear? Go for it! Or, keep it simple and just pick a fun zoom background. Or, do what I'll be doing: set up something wild in OBS that totally changes how you look and/or sound. We'll have some demos at the usual time (assuming anyone signs up — reply in the thread here if interested). But I'll also just keep the zoom call running for a while before and after so folks can drop in and hang out, enjoy each other's costumes, talk about computers, share impromptu demos, and so forth. I'll see you scare!
