The time you have been using is 8am for me.

Yeah, that's early 😊 ... would 2 hours later help on a weekday? (I have a daily standup at 10am in my timezone on weekdays)

Actually, I’d love a bit later on the weekend. :-) but this time is probably okay during the week.

Yeah, a weekend meetup at some point would be good.
