Is there a way to listen at 2x speed?

I use the podcast app in iOS for listening at 2x

I use Overcast, which in addition to a speed slider has a Smart Speed feature that cuts out silent pauses between words and sentences. I do audio engineering myself, and can vouch for Smart Speed sounding really good.
