The proposed $20M is very much still a proposal and work in progress. It could be a non profit, VC fund, startup company, another setup, or some mixed thing. I probably shouldn't have said anything this early but I do bias towards oversharing because I prefer transparency where possible. Whenever I know more, I'll post about it! In short, I see that a big blocker for many of us is funding and I am determined to do something about it. What that is exactly still needs to be figured out...
