I have! love the project—have been eagerly awaiting their latest release

i wish it had approximately 20% more features out of the box for distributed social networks etc—eg, something to start with and modify later, that you can add friends to etc

Beaker with its DAT Protocol as IPFS are Part of the Broader Web3 movement. An important effort to push more humane aspects into public technology and as such increase awareness and accessibility of the public.

Beaker is very interesting, but I didn't get to do much beyond playing with it. Like with any new communication technology, it becomes practically interesting only when other people you like to interact with are starting to use it. For me that hasn't happened yet.
