You might have noticed that our Slack now has an icon. Steve just transferred admin permission to me, so I'm now able to make a few nice tweaks like that. Hurrah! Here's what I'm currently working on for the community, roughly in order of priority: • Code of Conduct • (Podcast) Orca with Devine Lu Linvega • Cleaning up the website, first run experience for newcomers to the community, etc • Synthesizing the results of the survey and presenting them here, so we can look at the data and decide what to do about.. sticking with or moving off Slack. I'm hoping to get a draft CoC out this week (I've got a bit of reading to do to make sure that what goes in the CoC is effective), and the survey and next episode toward the end of the month. If there's anything else you'd like to see me working on in the near term, just reply to this post.
