Since @Andrew Reece shared that blood post it occurred to me to ask here: is anybody using toptal.com for freelance development work? I'm thinking about signing up and would be curious about your experience.

A partial thought: us freelancers either have too much work or not enough. It's never perfect. Maybe those of us who have extra interest could share projects with others who are looking? The problem with a scheme like this is that people usually want to work with me because they know me so it may be impossible to pass to someone else...
