Got to give it a try. The trick is having puzzles that feel like a well curated possibility space museum rather than a haphazard archeological dig. The Witness is perfect in this respect — by embracing constraints and by actively avoiding edge cases and especially hard puzzles. Stephen's Sausage Roll starts strong (and at a significantly higher difficulty level) but gets a bit random by the end. Baba is You has even more potential for weirdness.
