:closed_book: I was looking for the book “Tools for thought” by Howard Rheingold but the shipping time to Switzerland was many weeks. I was then surprised to find the original version on the author’s website: <http://www.rheingold.com/texts/tft/|http://www.rheingold.com/texts/tft/> 

On a sidenote: that website is one of those forgotten gems of the web: longevity. The website’s sourcecode reveals how websites used to be marked up:

What got me to inspect it? Well, it didn’t work with Safari Reader Mode. So I suspected something about the markup wasn’t quite right: most of the content is wrapped inside one or more`&lt;blockquote&gt;` tags.

I guess Reader Mode doesn't work on books
