Eh. Not a rule. Just a norm. But it was an on-point reference, and as a community for real human beings that tries to poke and prod at excessively self-serious programming culture (but also the "GIFs are a great way to make up for our social deficiencies" programming culture), I want to encourage folks to have good taste and recognize humour when they see it. So this was a total 👍 in my books.
