I am very impressed by the icons - they represent the abstract ideas well, they have consistent style, they have large distinguishing features. Just wow! Did you made them yourself? What's the process?

Hey @Marek Rogalski ! Yeah, they’re broadly semantically representative. An LLM pipeline did a reasonable job here. Each icon was generated from a topic list based on a tidied-up and enriched version of the talk transcript. I haven’t done much with the style yet. This map was the first fully automated version of the pipeline that I built, and I’m not sure this house style is my favourite. The Pepys map used a totally different, more manual style so I've not finished it yet! The per-topic visual briefs were LLM generated during the enrichment stage. I think that was probably a Gemini model. The image generation cost about $1 for all the icons representing the talk. Loose process diagram (mermaid.live)
