@Jimmy Miller I'm the one who listens to podcasts and video 2.6x, which should help explain (or be explained by) my normal speech speed. 🐺 A few things I will listen to slower: actual narrative, like radio shows, go faster. 3blue1brown or something similarly dense. Typical NPR will be sped up further because they talk so slowly. And the other trick is that I pause stuff all the time when thinking is required.
