# thinking-together

hi guys. on the topic of thinking and especially thinking ahead, i started with the "project" in the presentation link almost a year ago, solo, because an idea sparked an avalanche of discoveries. Sadly i a m in no position to publicly disclose anything technical for security reasons.. think in terms of CRISPR. however i have this barely finished presentation which is aimed at general public. some slides are missing but all audio is there.. would love to hear you feedback. https://h3xpresfix-unmalvkn.manus.space

I don't see natural resources mentioned anywhere in your slides. Just some abstract notion of abundance. Have you thought about the (free) energy consumption of your post-monetary civilization?

Love the description of your world view! Big kudos for showing and sharing this. ❤️ I think I'm on the same page wrt seeing the crooked world we live in and abundance being real (including free energy 😉). And I see changes are happening in that direction (difficult to see if you follow mainstream media I think). What I don't understand is, why would we need these systems then? I’m a programmer-addict. I love it so much, but technology’s place should be limited in this new world of abundance (for the record: in the current time/situation it should be limited too imo). We humans are far greater than technology. In what way will it empower us to be more, achieve more? Technology is just a tool. But in a world of abundance, a tool for what? In my opinion it can be a tool to learn. Simulations are a good example (you mentioned in the slides). We learn best from experience, but some things are difficult to experience and simulation is a great 2nd best then. For games! And technology can help store and retrieve information. Old school technology, but useful. Not as a ledger to keep track of everything that ever happened (we have the Akashic records for that). And for interactive stories of course 🙂. We definitely need more stories. Would it be needed to decide between resource usage (as the slides seem to suggest)? Between deciding what is good for the community (again, as the slides seem to suggest)? Isn't that something the collective consciousness (which includes the consciousness of the resources themselves) helps decide on its own, without the need for technology? Why do you think we need technology for the decision making? Why do we need to keep track of so many facts? Again, I'm with you on the world view, but I wonder whether we need such overarching technology to make it work. I'm more in favour of small malleable tools which can help us in the everyday situation. Which can be used playfully. Which make us happy while using them 😄.

@Konrad Hinsen +1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Soddy got most of the energetics questions right 100 years ago, but nobody wanted to hear it.

@Jack Rusher I had never heard about Soddy! Looks like a similar case to Arrhenius, who understood the impact of fossil fuels on climate change way too early to find a receptive audience.

BTW, a warning message to everyone who dreams of abundance: both ecology and sociology say that abundance breeds competition. In an ecosystem, or a social structure, where there are just enough resources for everyone to survive, individuals help each other to survive in such a way as to use the available resources best. When there is abundance, some individuals grab the excess and derive power over others from it. In human history, it's agriculture that created the abundance that made hierarchical dominance structures possible. Which then got a turbo boost from fossil fuels.

@Konrad Hinsen i am not sure what you mean. natural resorcoues are already in abudance
@Erik Stel thank you for the extensive feedback. The thing is that we are basically on bingo fuel, if not past that point already. And yes we are effectivelly creating new type of organism who will be better in almost anything than an average human. That is why I am making sure we go into a symbiotic relationship of co-evolution with them.
This might help: ML is a subset of AI meaning all ML is AI but not all AI is ML
Also we need a neutral sovereign to REGULATE, not rule. because so far history proved we are not capable of achieving post-adversarial society ourselves
Also abundance is not a problem if, again, regulated by a planetary brain basically. Think in terms of Octopus nervou system in combo with and colony

@Jovan Davidovic thx for the reply. I'm not convinced yet, that we need technology for this. But I keep an open mind for the concept. Will also keep an eye on this project and/or related info. Wish you well. 🙏

Yes. We do need technology for this, @Erik Stel. What I sent you guys is basically a general public facing manifesto. What I didn't mention is that I would never simply put an idea out there if I do not believe it is feasible. With that in mind, I am for months now, developing the technology or at least the software layer. In other words i am creating super intelligence and without data centers. Ofc I had to convince myself I am not crazy at least 6 times by doing a mathematical iterations of the proof that what I discovered is not just a parlor trick. Trust me it is very hard to gatekeep this because ofc I would publish it already, but I cannot afford this technology to fall in the wrong hands. Think in terms of CRISPS for example.

I do not care about IP rights or whaever, but I do care for so maniac out there to take unhardened SI and basically rule the humanity

@Jovan Davidovic Depends on which resources you include, and what you call abundance. Right now, the total resource use of our species exceeds what the biosphere can produce sustainably.

True. Furthermore it is far from even distribution. Thus the system of regulation, SIR, needs to solve both of hose problems. Replace accounting with accountability. @Konrad Hinsen
