Concerning your question @Ivan Reese at the end of the meetup, my 2 cents: • If we have about an hour and three slots, it'd make sense to have around 20m per talk + questions. We might go slightly over an hour like this, allowing time for an intro. • Since 7m of presentation felt a bit too short, what about something like 12m of presenting and 7m of questions?

@Ivan Reese I want to share that I appreciate that the system is flexible and you are able to use your discretion to moderate appropriately. Using the most recent virtual meetup as an example, it was very easy to stay engaged with the presenters for the full 14 minutes and I trust that your spidey-sense would have known if that was not the case and you would have encouraged an appropriate level of audience participation. Having the freedom to let the meetup unfold in a way that feels genuine is the top priority from my perspective.
