Hello! I'm Marcos, a puzzle game developer from Argentina. I often use procedural generation, not only on the visuals but also for the puzzles themselves. I love to find puzzles that surprise me (that's the original reason I began using procgen: to make puzzle games that I could play without being spoiled by creating them).
I mainly use conventional languages and engines to make my games and generators, but from time to time I delve into more "esoteric" languages, or investigate minimalist engines or fantasy consoles, including my own ideas.
For example, some time ago I started making a system superficially similar to PuzzleScript, but based around a Lisp-like language, called *PuzzLisp*; although it's already useful to make very simple games, I still have to add many more features and optimizations before I can publish it for others to use.
I'm also thinking about another system, more similar to cellular automata with semi-long-range interactions, that will hopefully (if I can define it solidly in my head first) generalize PuzzLisp and be simpler to teach (even perhaps with a visual editor).
I don't remember how I found the podcast, but I fell in love immediately with the way ideas are discussed and even curated.
I hope to be able to add meaningful things in here.
