And instead, keeping the leaderboard of the most active users on platform, maybe contact specific organizations who already does it. If I will add the admin panel, and they handle it on the platform.

There's a similar situation with Wikipedia, Commons, Wikidata, and now increasingly Wikifunctions, where each community works on certain aspects of creating the best possible Wikipedia experience, but also on their own goals.

For example, I'm working on the Social Media platform for the open-source communities, but it's leaderobards or contensts I would delegate to this community or to https://maintaine.rs/ While, it's UI/frontend is done completely different team at all. And basically it's all tech is built as packages/apps and each of them is independent team not affiliated by each other.
