Pas a Pas: A tangible interface for making stop motion animation

I only recently learned about onion skinning at a children's museum. And now this video has taught me it's called "onion skinning" ❤️

I wonder if the right optics could direct a tablet’s camera to look at its own screen, so this could be done with a minimum of purpose-specific hardware. (Purpose-specific hardware is also cool, but I wonder.)

Interesting idea @Joshua Horowitz - I’m personally for purpose specific hardware tho, as long as it’s folk scale, and not mass-produced with the corresponding waste involved ♻️ It’s kinda a DSL for IRL 😄
