Often, when people come across Glamorous Toolkit, the attention is focused on how we see the environment and how this can change programming. At the same time, it might be less obvious that to make GT work, we build a whole new graphical stack that has the property of always relying on one single rendering tree.
We now put together an article describing what one rendering tree means and the doors it opens for creating new kinds of 2D interfaces. I think this might be of interest for some people here. Feedback would be very much welcome.
