prompting is a better computer instruction language (or it has the potential to be). The whole programming thing is just about getting the computer to do what you want. I am not sure the ultra rational logic middle layer called programming is actually the best thing for instructing things, e.g. I don't onboard new employees by writing a doc on what to do in every conceivable situation to cover all possible future use cases.
