I am really into Observable. I am not sure that it's obvious that it is a streaming FRP implementation. I starting writing up some of the more intricate ways you can compute with its streams https://observablehq.com/@tomlarkworthy/switch-dataflow I think it's amazing that there is a decent FRP programmable IDE out now.

Does anyone know what the folks at Dynamicland are up to these days? Their last tweet from 2020 says they're not inactive, "just quiet"

Hi all! I work at Our World In Data which some of you may know from our work on covid statistics recently or our other work on making research and data on important problems accessible. We have a job opening for a full stack/frontend engineer that I thought might be interesting for this crowd 🙂. Our tech stack is quite standard (JAM stack, typescript used for our data visualization tool, python for ETL work) but the work is very interesting. We are focusing a lot on tooling for our authors and data managers this year so there is room to come up with ideas on what digital publishing and data curation should look like in the 21 century and then to figure out how to make that happen in a small team with a lot of existing content. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch here or via email!
